ettbo is an independent consultancy that helps organizations align their internal structures with the external experiences they create.
Organizational problems rarely belong to one team or process. People may be making sensible decisions within their own responsibilities while those decisions create unintended consequences elsewhere. Over time, priorities compete, work becomes disconnected, and the organization can struggle to make progress toward goals everyone understands.

His work focuses on complex problems that span teams and disciplines. He helps organizations understand what is getting in the way of an important goal, determine what needs to change, and build a practical path forward.
